Nowadays the reformation of our state-owned enterprises has come to a stage to assault fortified position. What orientation should they adhere to? How to speed up the legislation for the state-owned enterprises and perfect the Company Law is one of the key factorsconcerning the success and failure of their reom. The article tries to discuss the reform orientation of state-owned enterprises, ways and relative suggestions for legislation.
