半桥谐振电源的设计研究

摘要 传统硬开关电路影响效率和可靠性的同时,对其他设备的电磁干扰也较大,软开关则可解决上述问题。文中设计了高效率400W半桥谐振充电机的主电路和控制电路,给出了主变压器和谐振电感,谐振电容的参数计算,轻载实现burst mode,减少空载损耗,最后给出了试验结果、仿真波形和实验波形。 The traditional bard switching circuit affects the efficiency and reliability, and also has big electromagnetic interference to other devices, soft switching circuit can solve those questions. The paper designs the main and the control circuits of a resonant half-bridge charger with a high efficiency boost mode 400 W power. The transformer and the resonant inductor are designed, and the resonant capacitance is calculated with parameter. The burst mode is achieved at a very light load or no load. Finally, the waveforms of the simulation and the test waveforms are given.
