从理论与实证两个角度探析"以勤代补"资助模式的内涵和意义,提出了建立基于家庭经济困难学生能力开发的资助模式的设想,重点论述了"以勤代补"资助模式的资金来源、报酬标准和政策建议,对构建基于受助学生能力提升和权利与义务相结合的新资助模式具有一定的实践意义。

The article analyses he connotation and significance of the mode that substitutes free financial aid with subsidy by diligent working theoretically and empirically, and puts forward the assumption based on new subsidizing mode of developing the impoverished students＇ability. It mainly discusses the source of funds, remuneration standard and policy suggestions on the mode .The mode is of practical significances for the construction of the new mode which can improve the aid - receiving students＇ ability and combination of their fights and obligations.
