摘要
高等职业教育发展是国家高等教育发展的重要组成部分,教师是科学技术发展的推动者。在全民运动的大潮下,体育教育教学等方面专业火热起来。然而师资问题是高职院校体育专业发展的关键。如何建设"双师型"体育教师队伍,提高师资水平就是我们必须要面对和解决的问题。
The higher vocational education is one important part of the national higher education. Under the tidal wave of the national sports movement, the physical education teaching is carrying out. But the sports teachers in higher vocational colleges is the key factor for the development of the sports movement . How to training a versatile sports teacher has become a problem to solve in order to improve the quality of teachers .
