学习型组织理论是在管理实践中发展起来的当今世界最前沿的管理理论,对于促进团队创造,运用并转化知识,进而强化组织持续创新的能力具有十分重要的现实意义,特别是对于高校教师专业化发展更具有指导性。
The theory of learning organization is an advanced management theory which is developed in the management practice. It is of significance in such ways as promoting team creativity, utilizing and transforming knowledge, and strengthening the ability of persistent innovation . It is instructional for teachers' professional development.
