医学生自尊与人际信任的相关研究

Study on the Relationship between Self-esteem and Interpersonal-trust of Medical College Students

目的研究医学生自尊与人际信任之间的关系。方法本研究从性别、年级、生源、是否独生子女等方面研究医学生自尊与人际信任之间的关系,采用自尊量表(SES)和人际信任量表(IT)对大一新生和毕业生进行测查,全部资料应用SPSS11.5软件包进行数据统计分析。结果1医学生的自尊与人际信任在性别、生源差异不显著(t分别为0.819,0.795;-0.113,-1.292;P>0.05);2医学生的自尊与人际信任在年级上差异显著(t=-0.3149,-2.398;P<0.01或P<0.05),毕业生得分高于大一新生;3独生子女的自尊与人际信任的得分高于非独生子女,差异具有显著性(t=2.171,2.727;P<0.05或P<0.01);4人际信任与自尊存在显著的相关(t=5.016;P<0.01)。结论自尊是影响大学生人际信任的一个重要因素,提高医学生的自尊水平可以促进他们人际信任水平的提高,从而促进他们的人际交往能力的提高。

Objective To explore the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal-trust of medical college students.Methods The study based on the interview of the freshmen and graduates,explored from sex,grade,origin and only child,adopted Self-esteem Scale and Interpersonal-trust Scale as measuring tools and statistical analysis by mean of SPSS 11.5 for windows.Results ①The differences of sex and origin were not obvious on self-esteem and interpersonal-trust （P〈0.05）. ②As for self-esteem and interpersonal-trust ,the scores of senior were significantly higher than those freshman（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.③As for self-esteem and interpersonal-trust,the scores of one-child students were significantly higher than the students with siblings（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.④There were significant correlations between interpersonal-trust and self-esteem（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The self-esteem is a very important factor in interpersonal-trust of medical college school students.Medical Students＇ raising in the level of self-esteem can promote their interpersonal rising in the level of trust and enhance their interpersonal contact skills.
