鸟苷酸环化酶C与结直肠癌微转移的诊断和治疗 被引量:1

摘要 鸟苷酸环化酶C(GC—C)为肠道组织特异性多肽,在肠道黏膜上皮细胞、结直肠癌细胞株、原发和转移性结直肠癌中特异性表达。GC—C被大肠杆菌热稳定肠毒素(STa)、鸟苷素和尿鸟苷素激活后,可调节肠上皮细胞转变和增殖,抑制结直肠癌细胞增殖和DNA合成。可通过检测结直肠癌患者淋巴结、外周血和肝脏中GC—C来发现结直肠癌微转移灶,并利用GC-C及配体进行结直肠癌靶向预防和治疗。GC-C对检测结直肠癌微转移和靶向治疗有重要作用。 Guanylyl cyclase-C (GC-C) is recently reported as the intestinal specific polypeptide receptor,which is expressed selectively by cells from intestinal mucosa, including normal intestinal cells, primary and metastatic colorectal cancer cells. Stimulated by heat-stable enterotoxin (STa), guanylin and uroguanylin, GC- C could not only regulate the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal cells, but also inhibit the prolifera- tion of colorectal cancer cells and DNA synthesis. Micrometastases of the colorectal cancer can be found in lymph nodes,peripheral blood and liver lobes by GC-C detection. We can also perform GC-C and ligands for targeted prevention and therapy of colorectal cancer. GCC play important roles in detecting occult micrometastases of colorectal cancer and targeted therapy.
