The early enteral nutrition in patients with severe traumatic brain injury

摘要 目的探讨早期肠内营养在重型颅脑损伤患者中的临床应用。方法将83例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组40例,治疗组鼻饲肠内营养,对照组采取肠外营养,比较意识变化、并发症的发生及预后。结果治疗组在意识恢复、减少并发症及治愈率方面明显高于对照组,有统计学意义。结论早期肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤患者的预后非常重要。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of the early enteral nutrition in patients with severe trau- matic brain injury. Methods 83 patients with severe traumatic brain injury Nasogastric Feeding on the shining compared to parenteral nutrition, awareness of changes in the occurrence of complications, and prognosis. Results Consciousness recovery, reduce complications and recovery rates in the treatment group were significantly higher, with statistical significance. Conclusion The early enteral nutrition is very important to prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
