摘要
针对南京地铁二号线一期工程土建D2-TA05标的具体情况和特点,通过本工程的施工,认真研究南京软土地层隧道掘进施工的特点,掌握在流塑、软塑粘性土中土压平衡式盾构的掘进施工技术;总结盾构施工必须依靠科技创新,注意搜索信息,掌握动态;试验先行,取得参数;组织协调,团队攻关的方法;形成一套科学合理的施工工艺,保护隧道区间内的市政环境,取得控制地面沉降的良好效果。
According to the specific eonditions and characteristics of D2 -TA05 tender in first phase engineering of Nanjing No. 2 Metro Line, the characteristics of tunneling construction in soft soil layer were carefully studied through the practice in this project. The construction technology of excavation with earth pressure balanced shield in soft flow clay was mastered, and some experiences about shield construction were summarized as follows: technological innovations were important and more attention should be paid to searching for information and knowing dynamics; tests should be carried out at first to obtain related parameters; a team should be organized and coordinated to solve difficulties when necessary. A set of scientific and reasonable construction technology formed, which could protect the municipal environment in tunnel area and control the ground subsidence effectively.
