摘要
【目的】研究胡杨与青杨派和黑杨派、白杨派杂交的难易程度,获得具有胡杨遗传特性的杂交品种。【方法】以胡杨为母本与青杨派和黑杨派、白杨派的杨树的杂交,采用树上套袋立木授粉法,以胡杨作为父本与青杨派和黑杨派、白杨派的杨树的杂交,采用切枝水培法。杂种苗的培育采用了营养杯育苗法。【结果】获得以胡杨为母本杂交种苗组合4个,以胡杨为父本杂交种苗组合3个。【结论】以胡杨为父本和母本的各杂交组合亲和力的顺序是:密叶杨×胡杨最强,青杨派和黑杨派间杂交种次之,白杨派最差,为以后胡杨改良打下了坚实的基础。
[Objective]The main purpose of this study was to reveal the key method for hybridizing Populus euphratiea Oliv. and Leuee Duby, Tacamahaea Spaeh., Aigeiros Duby, to obtian hybridized breeds with genetic characteristics of Populus euphratica Oliv. [Method]Using Populus euphratica Oliv. as female parents to hybridize with Sect. Leuce Duby, Sect. Tacamahaea Spaeh., Sect. Aigeiros Duby, by bagging method, using Populus euphratica Oliv. as male parents to be hybridized with Sect. Leuee Duby, Sect. Taeamahaca Spaeh., Sect. Aigeiros Duby, with water culture and cutting branches. The hybrid seedling were euhure by nutrient cups. [Result]4 artificial hybridized seedling combinations were obtained using Populus euphratiea Oliv. as female parents, 3 artificial hybridized seedling combinations were obtained using Populus euphratiea Oliv. as male parents. [ Conclusion] The order of each combination using Populus euphratiea Oliv. as female parents and each combination using Populus euphratiea Oliv. were as follows:The best was P. talassie x P. Euphratiea, the followed by Sect. Tacamahaca Spaeh. and Sect. Aigeiros Duby, the worst is Section Leuce Duby. These results can he the fine foundation for Populus euphratiea Oliv. meliorating in the future.
