On the integrated management of anti-corruption risks:Its content,features and focuses

反腐败风险过高,不仅直接增大了反腐败的成本,而且加大了各种贪腐行为的保险系数,降低了官员的腐败代价,已成为制约我国反腐倡廉工作向纵深发展的"瓶颈"因素。文章提出了对反腐败风险进行集成管理的思路,并对反腐败风险集成管理的内涵、特征及其着力点进行了探讨,以期对我国反腐败风险管理制度体系的健全和完善有所裨益。

Anti-corruption risks are too high, which directly increase the cost of anti-corruption and the insur- ance coefficient of various corrupt practices, and reduce the price of officials＇ corruption. This has been the bottle- neck that hinders the further development of China＇s anti-corruption. This paper offers the idea of integrated man- agement on anti-corruption risks with a discussion of its content, features and focus points, hoping that it will benefit the improvement and perfection of China＇s anti-corruption risks management system.
