摘要
元认知策略是一个很重要的认知策略,主要包括听前策略、听中策略和听后策略三部分,它可以帮助学生有效地在听力学习中进行自我调整和自我规范。教师在大学英语的听力教学中指导学生运用元认知策略,可以使学生更好更快地提高听力水平达到事半功倍的效果。
As metacognitive strategies are important cognitive strategies in language learning which, mainly consists of three parts: pre- listening, while - listening, and post -listening. It is helpful for students to adjust and conform effectively in listening lrarning. This paper attempts to explain how teachers can nurture the development of these strategies, arid how listeners can use them to help improve their listening comprehension abilities.
