基于利益主体视角的皖北区域旅游合作研究

On Regional Tourism Cooperation in North Anhui Based from the Viewpoint of Interest Subject

皖北地区虽然拥有丰富的旅游资源,但旅游业发展仍然较为落后。为了改变皖北旅游业的落后面貌,有必要加强皖北区域旅游合作。皖北区域旅游合作中,应以利益主体理论为指导,采取"主体广泛参与、资源高度整合、区域联动发展"的区域旅游合作模式,通过构建利益均衡机制、成立皖北旅游合作组织、统一进行旅游规划与开发、培育合作意识以及优化政策环境等相关措施加强区域旅游合作,促进皖北旅游业健康和谐发展。

Although North Anhui possesses a large number of tourism resources, the tourism industry is underdeveloped. It is urgent to reinforce the regional tourism cooperation so as to change the underdeveloped status of tourism industry in North Anhui. For the harmonious development of tourism industry in North Anhui, we should be guided by the stakeholder theory and take the regional tourism cooperation mode with body widely participating, resources highly integrated and regions developing in linkage. And some measures to reinforce the regional tourism cooperation in North Anhui, such as building mechanism of benefit equilibrium, will be adopted, while establishing tourism cooperative organization of North Anhui, carrying on tourism planning and developing in unity, cultivating cooperation consciousness and optimizing policy environment.
