心理健康教育是高职教育工作中一项非常重要的内容,在学生成长成才中具有特殊的地位和作用。文章分析了高职院校学生心理问题的主要特点和具体表现,并在此基础上提出了加强高职院校学生心理健康教育的途径和方法。

Mental health education is a very important element in vocational colleges, which has a special position and function in the development of students. This paper analyzes the main characteristics and specific performance of students＇ psychological problems in vocational colleges. On this basis, the paper proposes the ways of strengthening mental health education of students in vocational colleges.
