摘要 在运用现有科技创新推动模型的基础上,引入"短板原理"和"快速反应原理",对农业科技创新链的研究开发阶段、示范推广阶段和产业化阶段以及贯穿于这些环节的科技创新环境进行影响因素分析,提出以瓶颈环节的农业科技创新能力、农业科技创新链各环节经历的时间长短和推广范围、对当地的现时贡献和对整个农业产业的未来贡献,作为评价整体农业科技创新链的综合创新能力,并据此提出了一系列的影响因素和判断主要影响因素的基本标准。 This paper introduces the "short-board principle" and the "quick-response theory" based on the existing model of promoting science and technology innovation. The factors involved in the research and development phase, demonstration and extension phase, industrialization stage, as well as the environment, that were included in the chain of scientific creativity are analyzed. Furthermore, the integrated capability, the bottlenecks, the time experienced by various sectors, the scope of promotion and extension, and the present and potential contributions to the local agricultural industry are assessed, As a result, a number of the critical factors and criteria for evaluation are presented.
