基于零电压转换的电能质量补偿设备直流储能单元电压控制技术

摘要 电能质量补偿设备可以确保电机稳定可靠运行,采用整流电路给其直流储能单元供电会产生大量谐波。为降低整流电路的影响,在有源功率因数校正电路的基础上,提出利用零电压变换技术实现主开关器件通断的改进技术方案,设计了完成该方案的电路拓扑结构,深入研究了电路的工作过程及功率器件的开关状态。仿真结果验证了方案的有效性与可行性。 Universal power quality compensator could ensure electromotor run stably and reliably. If rectifier circuit was used to supply power for its DC energy storage unit, it would produce a lot of harmonic. On the basis of APFC circuit, it proposed a new strategy to reduce the effect of rectifier circuit. The strategy used zero voltage tran- sition technology to control main switching device and the corresponding circuit topology was designed. The opera- tion courses of the circuit and switching states of power devices were researched. Simulation results verified the va- lidity and feasibility of the strategy.
