摘要 目的:应用酶细胞化学技术探讨兔坐骨神经损伤后,外源性神经生长因子(NGF)对胫骨前肌纤维钙泵活性的影响。方法:定位、定量挫伤兔右侧坐骨神经后,局部喷布NGF,于神经损伤后第1、2、3、4、6、8周,取胫骨前肌进行Ca2+-ATP酶细胞化学染色,透射电镜下观察钙泵活性的变化。结果:神经损伤第1~3周,肌纤维钙泵活性逐渐下降;NGF组钙泵活性分布于6周末恢复正常;对照组于8周末恢复到正常水平。结论:周围神经损伤后,外源性NFG对骨骼肌纤维酶活性、结构及功能的恢复具有重要作用。 Objective:Results:The exogenous NGF may play an important role in structural and functional recovery of skeletal muscle fiber after peripheral nerve injury.
