摘要
通过对操作性条件反射、社会学习及行为塑造三种基本学习理论的分析综合,建立了一个全面学习行为模型。对新模型的现实可行性从直接经验、间接经验、外界因素影响以及个体知觉四个方面作了分析,同时揭示了新模型对领导激励工作和教学实践工作的重要作用。
Through combining three basic learning theories (Operant Conditioning Theory, Social Learning Theory, Shaping Behavior Theory), a new model of universal learning is proposed. The new model's application in practice is clarified in four aspects (direct experience, indirect experience, influence of environment, individual perception). The importance of the new model in the motivation of leading and teaching is revealed.
