摘要
[目的]为了解决仁用杏易遭受晚霜危害,选育出抗晚霜能力强的新品种。[方法]以4株抗晚霜能力强的仁用杏优株初花期花枝为试验材料,经人工霜箱低温处理后取其花瓣、雄蕊、雌蕊,测定了过冷却点、电解质渗出率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量。[结果]优异种质36号的抗寒能力最优。不同品种间的抗寒性存在明显差异。花器官抗寒能力顺序为花瓣>雄蕊>雌蕊。[结论]该研究为新品种的选育工作提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The experiment in the susceptibility of kernel apricot to frost hazard was conducted in order to breed new variety with anti-frost ability. [Method] The branches in early flowering of 4 excellent kernel apricot germplasm being taken as the experimental material,the super-cooling point,the relative electrolyte leakage rate,the activity of SOD and POD,the content of soluble protein in the petal,stamen and pistil after the artificial low-temperature treatment in growth chamber were determined. [Result] The experimental results showed that the anti-frost ability of No. 36 of the germplasm was best. There was significant difference in cold resistance among different species. The order of the hardiness of the different flower organs was:petal stamen pistil. [Conclusion] The theoretic basis of the further breeding of new variety was provided through the experiment.
