摘要
[目的]对松嫩平原野大麦种子在不同条件下的萌发特性进行研究,找出最佳的萌发条件。[方法]设定5个变温(15/25、20/30、15/30、20/25和15/20℃),5个NaCl浓度(0、75、85、95和105mmol/L),5个CS2菌浓度(OD值分别为0、0.5000、0.0500、0.0050和0.0005),采用正交试验设计研究各因素对野大麦种子萌发的影响。[结果]温度和NaCl浓度对种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数皆有显著影响(P<0.05),而CS2菌浓度则影响不显著,并且发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数皆随NaCl浓度升高而呈下降的趋势。[结论]野大麦种子发芽的最适条件:温度为15/25和15/30℃,NaCl浓度为0mmol/L。
[Objective] To study the germination characteristics of Hordeum brevisubulatum seeds in the Songnen Plains of China under different conditions and find out the best conditions for germination. [Method] A total of five variable temperatures including 15/25,20/30,15/30,20/25 and 15/20 ℃,five concentrations of NaCl solutions including 0,75,85,95 and 105 mmol/L,and five concentrations of CS2 strain (the OD values were 0,0.500 0,0.050 0,0.005 0 and 0.000 5,respectively) were studied by orthogonal experimental design. [Result] The results showed that the germination rate,germination energy and germination index were significantly (P 0.05) affected by the temperature and NaCl concentration,but rarely affected by the CS2 strain concentration. Moreover,the germination rate,germination energy and germination index were all decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration. [Conclusion] The temperatures of 15/25 ℃ and 15/30 ℃,0 mmol/L NaCl concentration are the optimal germination conditions of Hordeum brevisubulatum.
