二色补血草的生物学特性及其栽培要点探讨 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]对二色补血草的生物学特性进行考察,为其人工栽培驯化提供依据。[方法]记载多年野外观察情况,并进行温室播种,以蔬菜栽培管理模式进行培育。[结果]多年野外观察和栽培试验表明,二色补血草属越年生植物,极少当年开花。二色补血草人工栽培迁地保护较易实现,移苗成活率在92%以上,株距以大于30cm为宜。在保护地栽培中,可通过密度、营养的调控来调节开花时间。在自然环境下二色补血草生长一生只开1次花,越年6月为盛花期,在盛花初期摘花可促生多侧枝开花。[结论]二色补血草栽培具有较高的生态效益和经济效益,栽培条件下的生物量是自然条件下的4倍,故二色补血草栽培种植前景广阔。 [Objective] The biological characteristics of Limonium bicolor were explored,which provided a reference for its domestication and cultivation technique. [Method] Many years of field observation was documented,and then sowed in the warehouse,cultivated with vegetable cultivation and management model. [Result] Observations and experiments showed Limonium bicolor was a biennial plant,seldom flowered at the same year. Protective cultivation of Limonium bicolor was easy,with a survival rate of transplanting was over 92%,plant spacing over 30 cm was better. In the protected cultivation,flowering could be regulated by controlling density,nutrient supply and defloration. Making Limonium bicolor flower a time within one year,and in the next year of June is a flower stage,multi-lateral branch flowering is promoted when picking up the flowers at the beginning of the flower stage. [Conclusion] Limonium bicolor had higher ecological and economic benefits,the biomass of cultivated environment was four times than under the natural environment,so the cultivation planting had a broad prospect.
