摘要
[目的]建立复方石淋通胶囊中绿原酸含量的测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相法,色谱柱为ZORBAXSB-C18(5μm,4.6mm×250.0mm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(8∶92,V/V),流速为1.2ml/min,检测波长为327nm。[结果]绿原酸在0.04~0.08μg/ml范围内呈现良好线性关系,加样回收率为101.7%,RSD值为1.88%(n=6)。[结论]高效液相法测定复方石淋通胶囊中绿原酸的含量方法操作简单、准确、重复性好、精密度高、专属性强,可以作为复方石淋通胶囊的含量测定标准。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in compound Shilintong capsule by HPLC. [Method] The content of Chlorogenic acid in compound Shilintong capsule was determined by using HPLC. The separation was performed on a ZORBAXSB-C18 column(5 μm,4.6×250.0 mm).The mobile phase was cetonitrile-0.2% Phosphoric acid Solution (8∶92) at the flow rate of 1.2 ml/min. The defection wavelength was 327 nm. [Result]The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was in the range of 0.04 -0.08 μg/ml;The addition recovery rate was 101.7%,RSD=1.88% (n=6). [Conclusion] The method of the determination of Chlorogenic acid in compound Shilintong capsule by HPLC is simple,rapid,good repeatability,high precision,strong specificity,and it can be as a determination standard of the content of compound Shilintong capsule.
