摘要 介绍了水产动物抗菌肽的来源和种类、结构特征及其生物学功能,并探讨了水产动物抗菌肽的应用前景及存在的主要问题。 The sources,types,structure characters and biological functions of antimicrobial peptide of aquatic animals were introduced,and the application prospect,main existing problems were discussed.
