县域土地资源可持续利用评价——以四川省犍为县为例

Study on Evaluation of Sustainable Land Utilization at Regional Level

在阐述土地资源可持续利用基本原理的基础上,结合犍为县自然、社会经济状况,依据评价目标及原则,系统分析了影响土地可持续利用的因素及相互关系。从生产性、资源保护性、经济可行性、社会可接受性4个方面,建立了犍为县土地资源可持续利用评价指标体系。采用层次分析法,确定指标权重。应用功效函数法,对指标进行了标准化处理。然后,用多目标加权函数法计算综合评价值,对犍为县土地资源1997～2004年利用水平进行了客观评价。在此基础上,提出区域土地可持续利用的对策。

The principles of land sustainable utilization were elaborated. And the concerning factors and their relationships according to the natural and social economy status were analyzed. An index system on land sustainable utilization evaluation was worked out from four aspects of production stability,economic feasibility,resources production and social acceptable extent. The weight of indexes was defined by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The standardization of indexes was defined by subordinating function of fuzzy mathematics. Finally,the comprehensive values were calculated with multi-goal weighted function method. The land resource was analyzed based on the condition of research area. The countermeasures of the land sustainable utilization were proposed.
