基于SWOT分析的西部欠发达地区环境保护的对策研究——以四川省会东县为例

SWOT Analysis on Environmental Protection in Undeveloped Western Region

西部生态是我国中、东部地区生态的天然屏障,保护着整个国家的生态安全,关系到国民经济的健康运行和安全发展,而西部生态保护和建设的重点和难点又在西部欠发达地区。以地处西部欠发达地区的会东县为例,运用SWOT分析法对其生态环境保护进行深入分析,并针对性地提出相应环境保护对策。

Ecology in western China was a natural barrier for the ecologies in Central and Eastern China. It protected the whole country＇s ecological security and was related to the healthy operation and security development of the national economy,while the focuses and difficulties of protection and construction of ecology in western China lie in underdeveloped western regions. The study taked Huidong County as an example,andyzed its ecological environmental protection by SWOT approach,and proposed five pieces of countermeasures.
