半夏不同采收期鸟苷、总生物碱含量的变化

Research on Change of Guanosine and Total Alkaloid Contents in Pinellia ternate(Thunb.) Breit. in Different Harvest Period

[目的]探讨半夏鸟苷、总生物碱含量的变化规律,为确定半夏采收期提供科学依据。[方法]采用HPLC法和酸性染料比色法,分别测定不同采收期半夏块茎中鸟苷和总生物碱的含量。[结果]不同采收期的半夏鸟苷含量存在差异,11月中旬的含量最高;不同采收期的总生物碱含量也存在差异,10月中旬的含量最高。[结论]半夏最佳采收期以10月中旬～11月中旬为宜。

[Objective] The dynamic change regularity of guanosine and total alkaloid content of Pinellia ternate （Thunb.） Breit was studied to find out the best harvest time. [Method]HPLC and acid dye colorimetry were used to mensurate the contents of guanosine and total alkaloid in different harrest peroid. [Result] The guanosine content reached its highest point in the middle 10 days of November. The alkaloid content reached its highest point in the middle 10 days of October. [Conclusion]The best harvest period was considered to be the middle 10 days of October and the middle 10 days of November.
