泥饼酸洗与筛管分段一体化工艺配套及应用

The matching integrated technology of horizontal well acid cleaning and screen segmentation

为提高油层渗透率,延长油井的无水采油期和为后期采油修井、增产措施提供条件,研究了泥饼酸洗、筛管分段的一体化工艺技术。该技术将多级控压泥饼酸洗工艺与筛管分段完井工艺相结合,仅需1趟管柱即可完成施工。在现场,将泥饼酸洗、筛管分段一体化工艺共实施17井次,投产后平均单井日产液38t,平均日产油18.8t,与相同区块的邻井相比,油层渗透率和单井产量明显提高。

To improve the reservoir permeability,lengthen oil well’s water-free production period and provide the condition for later oil recovery workover as well as output growth measures,the integrated technology for filter cake acid cleaning and screen segmentation was studied.The technology combines the multi-stage pressure control cake acid cleaning technology with the screen segmentation completion technology.The construction can be completed by only one-trip pipestring.The field application shows that the technology can improve the effect of cake acid cleaning and enhance obviously the reservoir permeability near the wellbore.
