摘要
旋转导向钻井工具稳定平台研发过程中,有大量参数调试和数据回放,通常停机后再利用仿真工具进行数据存取,实时性和通用性受到限制。为此,设计了旋转导向钻井工具稳定平台试验数据无线通信系统。该系统既可保证数据的无障碍传输,又可避免相互之间的串扰。试验表明,该系统实现了调试设备与稳定平台之间的不间断、实时数据传输,提高了稳定平台的调试可视性和开发效率,也适用于旋转垂直钻井工具稳定平台的试验研究。
In the process of developing the stabilized platform for the rotary steering drilling tool,there are large amounts of parameter debugging and data playback.Data access is usually done through simulation tool after shutdown.The real-time performance and generality are restricted.Therefore,the testing data wireless communication system of the stabilized platform of the rotary steering drilling tool was designed.The system can ensure the barrier-free transmission of data and avoid mutual interference.The test shows that the system achieves the continuous and real-time transmission of data between the debugging equipment and the stabilized platform and improves the visibility and development efficiency of the platform.It is also suitable for the experimental study of the rotary vertical drilling tool’s stabilized platform.
