中速大功率柴油机应用米勒循环的仿真与试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 对某型中速大功率柴油机应用米勒循环进行了仿真计算研究,并通过分析确定试验方案并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,应用米勒循环使该型中速大功率柴油机NOx排放降低10.5%;配合几何压缩比的增大和气门重叠角的缩小,能有效改善米勒循环下发动机的经济性。该研究为中速大功率柴油机应用米勒循环提供了参考。 The miller cycle simulation research of a medium-speed diesel engine was conducted. And to verify the simulation results, testing program was determined and tests were carried out. The test results show that application of miller-cycle can reduce the NOx emission by 10. 5% , coupled with the compre ssion ratio increasing and valve-timing overlap angle reduction, the economical efficiency could be improved effectively. This study provides a reference for the application of miller-cycle on high-power medium-speed diesel engine.
