摘要
针对某柴油机齿轮传动机构两种不同结构布置方案,对各对齿轮副之间的啮合冲击力进行了分析研究,得到了齿轮副之间的激励载荷水平,并将两种设计方案在工作中产生的激励载荷进行对比分析,分析表明,新方案的激励载荷水平明显优化于原方案,为工程设计的方案选择提供了充足的依据。
A certain diesel engine has two layout program for gear driven mechanism. The meshing impact force between gear pairs of each layout are analyzed, and the excitation load level are obtained and compared. The analysis results show that the new layout bosts obviously better excitation load level, and provides sufficient foundations for the program selection of engineering design.
