Analysis of coal injection technology of No.7 BF in Angang

摘要 安钢7号高炉由于采取了改善原燃料条件、优化高炉操作、提高风温、富氧喷煤等措施,使得月平均煤比已达到180kg/t,单日煤比达到198kg/t,焦比345kg/t。 The PCI Rate of No. 7 BF at Angang is enormously increased and its coke ratio is greatly decreased by a series of measures, such as improving material quality, optimizing BF operation, enhancing blast temperature, injecting pulverized coal with enriched oxygen and so on. As a result, the PCI Rate reached 180kg/t and the best record of PCI Rate and coke ratio are 198 kg/t and 345 kg/t.
