摘要
通过数学教学论课程"过程+体验"模式的构建,充分挖掘、及时激活师范生心目中的数学教学"缄默知识",在过程中感知其"缄默知识"并形成和丰富自己的"缄默知识",反思自己的实践以及所观察的教学实践,有效地把理论和实践结合起来,提高他们适应数学教育教学的能力,促进教师专业化的发展。
By the construction of the model of "process and experience" in mathematical teaching meory course, tacit knowledge of mathematical teaching in normal college students' mind will be fully excavated and activated in time. The students can effectively connect theory with practice and promote their ability to meet mathematical teaching and development of teacher's specialization by understanding, forming and enriching their own tacit knowledge, reflecting their own practice and observing teaching practice in the process.
