Throughout two centuries of the history of world civilization, we can find that social civilization and industrial upgrading is inseparable from the creation; the expansion of knowledge, technological innovation is inseparable from creativity; school education, especially in applied art design education, is to develop student potential and fertile ground for cultivating creative talent, creative industries and application of art and design education is the interaction of interdependent whole, and only by so doing, the National have consumption, enterprises can support the state have any future.
