长江委三峡一期工程建设监理的实践

长江水利委员会承担了三峡右岸一期工程及左岸部分工程建设监理，监理工程承建合同总价33．7亿元。由100余名监理工程师组成的长江委三峡工程建设监理部在项目实施过程中，建立了一套规范化管理体系和方法，并通过建设监理的实践不断完善和健全，取得显著成效。通过4年来工程建设各方的密切协作与共同努力，工程建设的工期、质量、造价均得到有效控制。
