外资企业与陕西省经济发展的实证分析

Empirical study of foreign-invested enterprises and economic development in Shaanxi Province

为提高外资企业对陕西经济发展的促进作用,通过构建单方程模型和向量误差修正模型,实证分析了外资企业与陕西省经济发展之间的关系。分析认为,利用外资在一定程度上促进了陕西省经济发展,但是贡献效果较为微弱;造成这一现象的主要原因是陕西省对外资的综合吸引力不强,利用外资总量偏少,利用外资质量不高,无法形成规模经济。分析结果表明,消费和投资是促进陕西省经济发展的核心;要提高外资企业对陕西经济发展的促进作用,关键是扩大利用外资规模,提高外资利用质量。

According to single-equation model and VEC model, this paper analyses empirically the use of foreign investment and economic development in Shaanxi Province. The conclusion indicates that foreign investment in Shaanxi Province does promote local economic development, but the result is not signifi- cant. The main reason for this phenomenon lies in the fact that the comprehensive attraction of foreign cap- ital in Shaanxi Province is not strong and the scale of foreign capital is small so that foreign capital can not create a greater impact. In order to enhance the promotion of the foreign investment in the future, the key is to increase use of foreign capital and improve the performance of foreign capital.
