面向"三农"、服务"三农"是中国特色高等农业教育的根本要求和价值取向。高等农业教育必须根据自身的特点和规律,根据我国的国情和"三农"的需求,根据农科人才的成长规律和成才轨迹,体现农科教育价值,彰显农科专业价值,实现农科人才价值。

Facing and serving issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area is the fundamental requirement and value orientation of Chinese characteristics for higher agricultural education. In order to reflect the value of agricultural education, highlight the value of agricultural specialty and achieve the value of agricultural professionals, higher agricultural education must be based on the characteristics and regular petterns of its own, on China＇s national conditions and the needs of agriculture, farmer and rural area, and on the growth law and trajectory of talent for agricultural human resources.
