西北院在三峡二期主体工程团结灌浆的监理工作中，结合隐蔽工程的特声，以合同文件和技术规范为依据，建立健全各项监理工作制度，对工期和质量进行全过程监控，收到了良好的效果。

Considering the characteristics of the hidden works, regarding the contractual documents and specifications as the bases, setting up and amplifying the rules and regulations of supervision, and supervising the construction schedule and quality during whole the period of construction of the consolidation grouting for the phase - II main works, the Supervisory Office, the North - West China Investigation & Design Institute, as the Engineer, has achieved good results in supervision over the hidden works.
