摘要
油气井测试及油田生产过程中,为了增加可采储量和优化开发效果,需要根据实际情况调整油气开采量。因此,需要安装不同直径的井下油嘴,控制不同的生产压差,以取得不同的产量。同时,为了保证后续的分离和存储工序顺利进行,井口也使用不同直径地面油嘴进行调产降压。由于油嘴处流动状态突变导致油嘴损坏时有发生,频繁更换油嘴不仅会增加生产费用,而且会使有害物质泄漏致使危险事故发生。本文通过研究油嘴损坏机理,提出了油嘴改进方案,以期达到减少油嘴损坏,避免危险事故发生之功效。
In wells testing and field production process, in order to increase the recoverable reserves and development effects, people need to adjust according to the actual amount of oil and gas extraction. Therefore, people need to install a different diameter chokes to control the production in the different pressure conditions to obtain a different output.
