车轴参数化绘图及数控编程系统的开发

Development of the Train-axle's Parametric Drawing and NC Programming System

以火车轴为实例,应用VBA对A u toCAD进行二次开发,实现了火车轴的参数化绘图以及锻造程序的自动生成,从而提高了绘图效率,加快了新产品的研发速度;同时减少了由人为因素引起锻造程序出错而造成的废品,提高了经济效益。

Taking the train-axle as example, the paper carried out the secondary development of AutoCAD by using VBA, to realize the parametric drawing of train axles and the automatic generation of forging program. This work can not only improve the drawing efficiency and accelerate the product development speed, but also reduce the waste products caused by the forging program error which is induced by human factors, so the economic efficiency can be improved.
