网格式整体壁板自适应增量弯曲工艺知识库

摘要 针对网格式整体壁板数字化加工制造的需求,开发了自适应增量弯曲工艺知识库系统。阐述了系统的体系结构与实现方法,提出了基于工艺特征方程的自适应方法。根据增量成形以及自适应控制的基本理论,系统能够按照一定的计算法则,给出待加工件的弯曲工艺参数,实现了网格式整体壁板增量弯曲成形过程中的工艺参数自动预测。 To solve the demands of the digital incremental press bending on the integral wing-skin panels, a self adapting incremental press bending knowledge base was proposed and designed. The system structure, the implementation methods and the technical feature equation were introduced in this paper. Based on the basic theory of the incremental bend forming and the self-adapting controlling, the system may get bending processing parameters of the workpieces by some rules. The processing parameters forecast in incremental bend forming of the integral wing-skin panels may be realized.
