Design of Hoisting Machine for Bulk Goods

提出了一种新型造币行业专用设备——散料提升机的设计。根据简单的链条传动原理,通过三级叉子递进方式实现其功能,即将散料状态产品由地面提升至一定高度,并实现由一侧进料,而由另一侧出料。本设计成本低、节省空间、功能可靠、实用性高,用自动化方式代替了繁重危险的劳动力作业,极大地提高了单位工作效率。

A new design of hoisting machine for coins business is proposed. Based on the chain theory, three step-up forks are adopted. After it is raised enough, the bulk goods go into the feed port from one side and out from the other side. This design is of low cost, spacesaving, high reliability and good practicability. Moreover, the efficiency is improved greatly since the heavy manual labor is replaced by the automation.
