摘要
采用试验与理论相结合的方法,根据实测得到的模具测试点的温度变化信息,研究接触热传导系数的变化规律。研究结果表明,在静态接触阶段接触热传导系数和温度的变化呈线性关系,它随着温度的增加而缓慢增加,其中影响接触热传导系数的主要因素为模具与工件接触面的微观情况。
This research tries to find a method that can determine the magnitude of thermal conductivity through the temperature information obtained from mold. And on the basis of this information, we try to find the regular pattern of thermal conductivity in static contact. The main conclusions of this research include: it is linear relationship between the thermal conductivity and the temperature in static contact, the thermal conductivity slowly increases with the increase of temperature, the main factors influencing the thermal conductivity is micro-case of contact between the mold and the workpiece.
