摘要 中小型企业技术力量薄,难以迅速确定数控设备的故障源,为此,提出了一种新的快速查找故障的方法。首先建立了数控设备故障查找体系,然后利用层次分析法确立数控设备各组成部分对故障影响的权重,并进行影响程度的总排序以指导故障的查找工作。 In the small and medium-sized enterprises, the capacity of fault diagnosis is weak. This article gives a new way to find fault of NC equipment quickly. First of all, it builds a system for finding the NC equipment fault. And then it uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish the weight of various components' influence on the equipment fault. Finally, it gives the total order of the impact, which is very useful for finding fault.
