摘要
伺服阀的零偏对精度要求不高的低频闭环伺服系统的影响不明显,但对有高响应和高精度要求的系统影响比较大。介绍了动圈式滑阀电反馈两级电液伺服阀的工作原理及凭借简单的工具在线进行零偏调整的方法。
In the systems of low precision or low frequency, the initial location deflection of the electrohydraulic servo valve has little effect on it, but it has tremendous effect on the high frequency systems. This article introduces the working principle of electrohydraulic servo valve and how to adjust the initial location online with familiar tools.
