摘要
高速切削加工是当今最先进的加工手段之一。从高速加工工艺的角度分析轻金属、钢、铸铁、难加工材料的加工特性,从而能够在实际加工中合理地制订工艺规程、切削用量及刀具参数。
The high-speed cutting is one of the most advanced machining methods today. This paper analysed machining characteristics of light metal, steel, cast iron and hard-to-cut material in high-speed cutting processing respectively, which provided the reference for working out processing procedure, machining parameters as well as tool parameters in real machining.
