儿童安全合理用药面临重大挑战

Safe and rational drug use in children facing a big challenge

第60届世界卫生大会使人们意识到，许多国家不具备监管和控制儿童药物的必要能力，许多基本药物生产商既不开发也不生产适宜剂型和浓度的儿童药物；儿童药物临床试验的开发和生产投资不足等。世卫组织指出，发达国家有一半以上的儿童获得的是未经核准用于儿童的成人剂量药物，发展中国家更加严重。由于得不到安全有效又负担得起的药物，每年约有1 000万儿童活不到5岁，其中近600万死于可治疗的疾病。不合理用药现象普遍存在，同时，由于儿童用药的限制，部分儿童药品还是空白，使用成人药不仅影响儿童的生长发育，而且可以导致儿童出现不良反应增多，所以，儿童用药问题亟待解决。有关部门应该给予足够的重视。

The sixty world health assembly（WHA） makes people realize that many countries have not ability to regulate and control children drug,many basic drug makers neither develop nor produce appropriate dosage and concentration of drugs for children, and investment in clinical trials for development and production of children’s drugs .The world health organization （WHO） indicates that more than half of children in the developed countries use adult dose drugs which are not verified and allowed to use in children, and the condition in the developing countries is more serious.Lacking of safe, effective and afforded drugs,about 10 million children don’t live until their five years of age, of them, nearly 6 million children die of some treatable diseases. The phenomenon of nonrational drug use exists generally. At the same time, because of some restrictions in drug use in children,part of medicines for children is blank,while using adult medicines not only affects children’s growth and develoment, but also causes more adverse reactions in children. Therefore,it is time to resolve this medicine problem. Medical institutions should pay more attention to this problem.
