妇女常见病普查医疗机构的现状调查与分析

An investugation and analysis of current situation of medical institutions that conducted common gynecopathy screening

目的了解医疗机构提供妇女常见病普查服务的内容和形式，为制定、完善相应的管理措施和技术指导提供依据。方法根据我国东、中、西部地区划分，随机抽取10个省（自治区、直辖市）为调查现场。按分层随机抽样原则，共抽取省、市、县级妇幼保健机构和综合医院、乡镇卫生院（社区卫生服务中心）、民营医疗机构310所为调查对象。于2007年12月~2008年1月，采用现场观察、查阅资料等方法完成定量调查问卷；在开展定量调查的同时进行省、市、县级的专题小组讨论。结果妇幼保健机构、综合医院、乡镇卫生院、民营医院开展妇女常见病普查工作的比例分别为92.9%、71.2%、43.4%、50.0%。大部分机构能开展盆腔检查、乳腺检查和宫颈癌筛查这三项最基本的检查项目。结论各级各类医疗机构中均有一定比例的机构开展妇女常见病普查工作，服务能力和服务内容存在较大差异。

Objective To investigate contents and forms of common gynecopathies screening by different medical institutions so as to provide basis for formulating and consummating responsible management measures and technique guidance for screening. Methods In stratified random sampling method, 310 medical institutions including women and children’s health institutions, general hospitals at provincial,municipal and county levels, township health centers（community health service centers）, and private hospitals in 10 provinces or autonomous regions or municipalities were selected as study subjects. Quantitative survey was conducted in terms of refering data and inspot inspection over a period from Dec., 2007 and Jan., 2008. Menwhile, special topic discussions at provincial,municipal and county levels were conducted. Results The percentages of MCH institutions, general hospitals at provincial,municipal and county levels, township health center（community health service centers）, and private hospitals where the gynecopathies screening was developed were 92.9%, 71.2%, 43.4% and 50.0% respectively. Most hospitals were able to develop three essential examinations—pelvioscopy, breast examination and cervical cancer screening. Conclusion There are certain proportions of institutions at different levels and categories being able to develop common gynecopathies screening, but there are significant differences in service item and capacity.
