沙眼衣原体、支原体与女性不孕症的临床研究 被引量:2

A study on association between female infertifity and infections of mycoplasma and chlamydia trachomatis

摘要 目的探讨解脲支原体、人型支原体和沙眼衣原体感染与女性不孕症发生的相关性。方法60例女性不孕症患者作为研究组,60例有正常生育史的育龄妇女作为对照组,各选择两组中40例之配偶做配对检测。采用衣原体快速检测试剂盒方法和培养法检测两组及所选配偶标本中解脲支原体/人型支原体和沙眼衣原体的感染情况。结果研究组宫颈分泌物和其配偶尿道分泌物中解脲支原体/人型支原体阳性率分别为65.00%(39/60)和52.50%(21/40),沙眼衣原体阳性率分别为36.67%(22/60)和30.00%(12/40),解脲支原体/人型支原体和沙眼衣原体双阳性率分别为16.67%(10/60)和12.50%(5/40);对照组及所选配偶解脲支原体/人型支原体阳性率分别为11.67%(7/60)和7.50%(3/40),沙眼衣原体阳性率分别为6.67%(4/60)和5.00%(2/40),无解脲支原体/人型支原体和沙眼衣原体双阳性患者。研究组与对照组比较差异均有显著性差异(χ2解脲支原体/人型支原体=33.987,χ2沙眼衣原体=9.433,均P〈0.01);同样研究组与对照组之配偶比较差异亦有统计学意义(χ2解脲支原体/人型支原体=16.875,P〈0.01;χ2沙眼衣原体=8.086,P〈0.05)。结论解脲支原体/人型支原体和沙眼衣原体感染与女性不孕症的发生有密切关系。 Objective To investigate association between infections of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),Mycoplasma huminis(MH) and chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and female infertility. Methods 60 women with infertility and their 40 spouses were included in the study group, and other 60 women of childbearing age who had normal childbearing history and their 40 spouses were as controls. UU/ MH and CT in samples of all women and their spouses were detected by using CT fast dedection kit method (immunochromatography) and cultivation method respectively. Results In the study group, the positive rates of UU/MH in the cervical secretions of women with infertility and urethral secretions of their spouses were 65.00% and 52.5% respectively, those of CT were 36.67% and 30.00% respectively, and UU/MH and CT both positive rates were 16.57% and 12.50% respectively. In the control group, the positive rates of UU/MH in the cervical secretions of women with infertility and urethral secretions of their spouses were 11.67% and 7.50% respectively, those of CT were 6.67% and 5.00% respectively, and there were no women and no spouses who were UU/MH and CT both positive . The positive rates of UU/MH and CT, and UU/MH and CT both positive rate in women with infertility were significantly higher than the normal control women and there were significant differences between the two groups (χ2UU/MH=33.987, χ2CT=9.433 and χ2UU/MH and CT=10.909, all P〈0.01). So did in their spouses (χ2UU/MH=16.875,P 〈0.01; χ2CT=8.086,P〈0.05). Conclusion The female infertility is closely associated with asymptomatic infections of UU/MH and CT.
