经阴道切除残端宫颈术式评价

Evaluation of surgical method of transvaginal cervical stump resection

目的探讨经阴道切除残端宫颈的可行性。方法回顾性分析福建医科大学附属漳州市医院2005年1月~2008年12月9例残端宫颈病变患者中经阴道切除残端宫颈的情况。结果9例残端宫颈病变患者中有7例接受经阴道切除残留宫颈手术，无并发症。另外2例根据病情需要选择开腹手术。结论经阴道切除残留宫颈可减少手术损伤，提高患者生活质量，但要求术者具有较高的手术技巧和丰富的经验。

Objective To evaluate feasibility of transvaginal cervical stump resection.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with cervical stump lesions who underwent transvaginal cervical stump resection in The Affiliated Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2005 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 7 patients with cervical stump lesions received transvaginal cervical stump resection, no complications occurred. The rest 2 patients with cervical stump lesions underwent open abdominal operation. Conclusion The method of transvaginal cervical stump resection lessens operation injury and improve quality of life of the patient.However, the surgeons are required to have high skills and more experiences.
