Research on Interrelation Between the External Environment and Enterprise Growth

本文探讨了外部环境与企业成长的关系,认为外部环境影响企业的成长,企业在适应外部环境的同时,对环境具有反作用。在不同环境下,企业成长具有不同的特点。环境的不确定较低时,企业呈现出依靠实力的渐进式成长;环境的不确定较高时,企业则呈现出依靠实力与机遇并重的突变式成长。

This paper discusses the interrelations between the external environment and enterprise growth.It indicates that the external environment can affect the enterprise growth,at the same time,the enterprise will adapt the external environment and have a reaction to the environment.In different environments,the enterprise growths have the different characteristics：When uncertainty of the environment is lower,enterprises will show a gradual-growth style rely on its strength;when uncertainty of the environment is higher,enterprises will show a mutation-growth style rely on both its strength and opportunities.
